On February 13th, the Naregatsi Art Institute Shoushi Center hosted the celebration of Tiarn'ndaraj (Candlemas Day).
This Christian holiday is beloved by everyone, it is usually accompanied with Armenian folk songs, circle dances, hospitality and the unique struggle around the bonfire, and of course everyone is filled with great faith and hope for the future.
Even though it was cold in the evening, the warmth of the fire, the tea itself, helped people to have a long talk and enjoy the day. Things changed even more when Manouk shouted "Hey" and asked the audience to join him and dance Kochari.
Yes, Christianity has the mission of bringing people together, filling them with hope and faith, and warming their hearts.
