2005-12-01 | Naregatsi Art Institute
In December 2005, was held the first open Armenian dance class of the "We & Our Dances" (http://karinfolk.am/?page_id=56) project in collaboration with Naregatsi Art Institute and the award-winning Karin Traditional Song & Dance Ensemble.
The tradition of organizing open Armenian dance classes has been upheld ever since and usually they are held on the last Friday of every month (except summer months) in the premises of the Naregatsi Art Institute filling the hall with their invigorating dances and Armenia’s ancient spirit.
The inspiring open classes aim to introduce younger generations to Armenia’s ancient culture and heritage through music and dance.
