COMMEMORATING THE HOLY WEEK OF LENT Group Exhibition on Easter
The works of the children from the Naregatsi Art Institute painting group and the Day-care center for children were presented in the group exhibition dedicated to Easter on the initiative of the Youth Clubs Federation NGO and Naregatsi Art Institute.
The Purports of Holy Monday was elucidated by Father Daniel Baghumyan.
Holy Week this year begins from April 14 in the Church calendar.
It's the last week of Lent and symbolizes the last week of Jesus Christ's earthly life, and commemorates Christ's Latter-day commandments, passion, death and resurrection.
Holy Monday is the day of the commemoration of the fruitless fig tree. It is dedicated to the creation of the world, the heavens and the earth.
