Commemoration of the Armenian Genocide through the spirit of the arts

As a tradition, Naregatsi Art Institute commemorates the Armenian Genocide through the spirit of art, with the participation of many different local and foreign artists who helped make this a successful event.
On Tuesday April 24, at 17։00, 8 painters, 3 sculptors and 4 photographers exhibited their works in the hall of the American University of Armenia. At 18։00 a selection of Armenian & foreign musicians performed in a concert. Artists with disabilities also actively participated at this big event.
Among the participants were: Speghani Choir, John Hodian & Bet Williams (USA), Kantegh Children’s Choir, Deleyaman (France), Luys Vocal Quintet, Arto Tunchboyajian, Sharakan Ensemble, Paros Choir.
After this enchanting night, the participants visited the memorial at Dzidzernakabert and paid their respect to the victims of the Armenian genocide.
