Edvard Mirzoyan’s “Seasons”

Naregatsi Art Institute released Edvard Mirzoyan’s “Seasons” (Cycle of romances on verses of Chinese poets) CD album in 2019.
The disc album with the recording of Edvard Mirzoyan's cycle of romances is based on the following verses of Chinese poets: Spring by Bai Juyi 白居易 (8th-9th century), Summer by Bai Pu, 白朴 (13th-14th century), Flowing Water by Li Bai 李白 (8th century), Winter by Zhang Ketszyu 张可久 (13th-14th century).
The album also contains a booklet that includes notes of romances, analysis of the cycle, as well as a dialogue between musicologist Daniel Yerazhisht and the composer.
The cycle of romances uniquely symbolizes the friendship of two peoples.
